Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.
Access to Premises:
Clients must ensure that our technicians have safe and unrestricted access to the premises for the provision of pest control services. Any necessary arrangements, such as key handovers or security clearance, must be made in advance.
Client Cooperation:
Clients are expected to cooperate fully with our technicians and follow any instructions provided for the preparation or post-treatment care. This may include removing items, covering or securing food, or temporarily vacating the premises during treatment, as required.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
We adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the provision of our pest control services. Clients agree to comply with any relevant laws, regulations, or guidelines related to pest control, including obtaining any necessary permits or approvals.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chandigarh. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh.
